Dear Mr. Nader:
The Sterling Water Pollution Control Authority (SWPCA), at their meeting held on February 22, 2006, voted to file a formal complaint with Sterling Hill Estates Homeowners Association regarding the sewer blockages caused by silt filtration into the sewer system because of the development at Sterling Hill Estates off of Main Street in Sterling, CT.
This letter is formal notification of this complaint and to inform you that Sterling Hill Estates Homeowners Association shall be responsible to pay for any problems caused by silt filtration into the sewer system at the manhole beginning at the base of Sterling Ridge Lane, continuing down Main Street to the end of the contamination until the completion of the project and shall be required to provide the Town of Sterling with a video of the line showing the condition of the pipes at the end of the project.
