Call to order: The monthly meeting of the Sterling Water Pollution Control Authority was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Russell Gray, Chairman.  Other members present-Neil Cook and  Charles “Pete” Rabbitt.  Members absent- Dale Clark and John Firlik.  Staff present-Judy Lincoln.    

Audience of Citizens:  None

Approval of Minutes: N. Cook made a motion, seconded by C.P. Rabbitt, to approve the minutes of the 5/19/2010 minutes as written and presented.  All voted in favor of the motion.

Unfinished Business:

  1. Treasurer’s Quarterly Report: No report due until July 2010.
  2. Update on Water System Issues:  The State Health Department has completed their inspection.  No report has yet been received.

New Business:

a.    2010-2011 Water & Sewer Budgets: J. Lincoln submitted copies of the Trial Balance for both water and sewer as of June 16th.  Members can review these figures in consideration of developing budgets.

b.    Confirmation of sewer users:  No list from Crystal has been received.  Someone will need to compare Crystal’s billing list with the list from Plainfield in order to confirm the number of users.

Any Other Business: 1) No progress has been made with checking manholes.

Adjournment:  N. Cook made a motion, seconded by R. Gray, to adjourn at 6:42 p.m.  All voted in favor of the motion.
