Notice of Public Hearing

The Sterling Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday August 3, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at Sterling Town Hall, 1183 Plainfield Pike, Oneco, CT in Room #15.

The purpose of the public hearing is to accept written and/or verbal comments on the Application #ZBA-10-01 to appeal a decision of the Zoning Enforcement for an eleven (11) single family home private planned development by Sterling Trails, LLC. The proposal is for property located on Sterling Road referenced by Assessor’s Map 3832, Block 17, Lot 242 owned by Sterling Trails, LLC.

A copy of the application is available for review at the Sterling Town Hall during normal business hours.
